What are my finance options?
If you don’t already have a finance / mortgage broker on hand, Alphaline Homes NZ can help facilitate suitable finance options to suit your serviceability requirements. Depending on your current financial position, there are many ways to structure a tiny home finance arrangement that can harness existing assets as leverage against your new tiny home build. Thankfully due to the lower cost of tiny homes, finance is generally easier to attain compared to a conventional full new build home.
What are the shipping costs?
Our pricing is clear and transparent - pricing reflects the price for your new tiny home or tiny home flatpack landed in New Zealand. Thus only road shipping applies once in New Zealand.
How is a completed tiny home delivered?
While these come built on a trailer, these still require a suitable Low-loader or HIAB truck to move them onto your desired site. This comes at an extra cost depending on the location you would like for delivery. Alphaline Homes NZ can also adjust the port of entry in some cases to reduce road freightage costs for more remote locations.
How would a flatpack be delivered?
Flatpacks can be towed directly from our depot in Auckland / port of entry. We can also have these delivered to your door.
